We will be experiencing, up close, the Colorado River from the Glen Canyon Dam to Lees Ferry and seeing why this is an amazing place! Learning stewardship principles and exploring this local riparian ecosystem are the focus of this overnight river camp. This is for local teens ages 12-17 yrs. old.

About the event
Join us for this epic, 2 day/ 1-night Colorado River Teen Stewardship Camp with river floating for local youth ages 12-17 years old. This program will be on the Colorado River in Glen Canyon in the area just below the dam to Lee's Ferry. Teens will be supervised and guided at all times. Camp cost is $150 each to cover backhaul and food costs. Participants should have some previous paddling experience, but it is not required.
We will pick up teen in Page, AZ and tranport them to Lees Ferry on the morning of June 18. We will be getting a backhaul or boat tax ride upriver from Lees Ferry, at noon from Kayak Horseshoe Bend, with all of our boats and camping gear.
